激光切割常見材料

   我公司使用的瑞士百超激光切割設(shè)備可以切割不銹鋼,碳鋼,鋁合金,鐵板,鋼板,切割范圍是:3048mm*1524mm.

碳鋼0.5mm-30mm,不銹鋼0.5mm-20mm,鋁合金0.5mm-12mm.

不銹鋼 Stainless steel

在可以接受切割端面氧化的情況下可使用氧氣;使用氮?dú)庖缘玫綗o氧化無毛刺的邊緣,就不需要再作處理了。在板材表面涂層油膜會(huì)得到更好的穿孔效果,而不降低加工質(zhì)量。

鋁 Aluminum

結(jié)構(gòu)鋼 Structural steel

該材料用氧氣切割時(shí)會(huì)得到較好的結(jié)果。當(dāng)用氧氣作為加工氣體時(shí),切割邊緣會(huì)輕微氧化。對(duì)于厚度達(dá)4mm的板材,可以用氮?dú)庾鳛榧庸怏w進(jìn)行高壓切割。這種情況下,切割邊緣不會(huì)被氧化。厚度在10mm以上的板材,對(duì)激光器使用特殊極板并且在加工中給工件表面涂油可以得到較好的效果。
